We can't say that all the men are the same (like assuming that all men cum from blowjobs), so is it fair to say that all women can have multiple orgasms? I feel satisfied with after having one orgasm. I've tried going further past the first orgasm, but it doesn't feel satisfying. I feel "done." My friend said that maybe it's a mental thing for me, and I need to get over the mental block. I'm also the type of woman that doesn't orgasm through vaginal penetration. It's all strictly clitoral.how do you have a multiple orgasm ? To be honest, I'm also okay with not having an orgasm. The act of sex is pleasurable itself. You can train yourself to have multiples, but I don't think that anyone is going to judge you if you don't. Women have the same hormonal reaction to an orgasm as a man, and have a "refractory time". For some women, it's shorter than others. Oh, there have been some occasional times in the past whereI've pushed myself and been able to cum more than once. It's a lot of work for me. For the most part like you---after I cum onceI am done. It will be really quick and then I can take my time and enjoy myself. I have never had a great one with my hubby. Also, it took my several years to have my first one, but once I did I said wow this is what I have been missing. Now I look forward to my playtime and the release it gives me. It just might be that you need other stimulation to take your mind off what it automatically goes to when you're having your play time. In this case, you need to find a way to stop thinking about it to allow you to get past your premature climax and then forget about it some more to find the second O.
