My gf sometimes gets hot flashes as the normal part of being in her mid-40s, but told me she had one during an orgasm yesterday. She felt a little clammy (sp?) to the touch after. Hot flashes are a woman's hormones going all over the place, and the build up of an orgasm may trigger one. It makes sense to me, but like I said, I'm not going thru the change, so am not sure. I think for most women when they have a O, it is a little diffrent each time, co it does makes sences. But of course as Tyger said if it is a concern, ask her doctor.
