I just bought one of these myself. I haven't had a chance to play with it yet. The day it came I started my monthly. I showed it to my fiancee and he did play with it a little on my nipples. Well, there is NOT really a simple answer to that. What size bullet do you have? A standard bullet, yes it is bigger. The LARGE dual bullets, no, it is about the same size.

Does it get in the way? OF what, sex? No, I think it works well for sex or personal play. Was there something else you thought it might get in the way of?
