Newbie marx49 Posted January 7, 2008 Newbie Report Share Posted January 7, 2008 I have had spinal fushion and I am 3 weeks post. My wife is a nurse and takes care of me very well. But since the surgery she has worked for more than an hour in all types of positions, me always being on the bottome, and I can not finish. She give hand and blow jobs and still I can not finish. I need some suggestions. We had talked about sex toys. Any ideas of which toys or possible sex acts that would speed things along? My wife has many orgasms while we make love. All I want is one. Members Mikayla1
I agree with Howard, pain is a powerful thing, and can ruin almost anything! If you are on pain meds, it can also be a side affect of those. Also, do not drink anything if you are on pain meds!
Tyger
You're still healing, so I would give it time. I'm surprised your surgeon gave you the OK to have sex only 3 wks post ((s)he did, right???). Usually, with any sort of surgery, it's 6-8 weeks. Members bazil323
Take it easy, take it slow. It might help to watch a porn to get the blood flowing. Most of all: don't rush it! Be relaxed and if it happens, great! If not, try again later. My hubby had problems getting and staying hard just after we got married. We were both virgins until the wedding night, and we think that it was the combined stress of all the changes and overcoming the programming that we weren't supposed to have sex. So you might be experiencing something similar with expecting pain. Take your time, it'll come. (Heh, pun unintended)
