Now, I’m not normally a gal who likes the different rhythmic vibrations some toys have. They usually leave me unfulfilled, like they bring me ALMOST there... then desert me. Such a let-down. However, I LIKE this one! The vibes are strong like I like & even though they have that teasing nature to them, they’re perfectly timed to not let down. I was actually talking aloud to it as if someone else were there with me -- that’s a first for me! My favorite setting with the bullet is the next-to-last one, called Roller Coaster. I don’t go much for fair rides, but I LOVED this ride!

The Impulse is, basically, a USB powered vibrator. This is, frankly, awesome. I mean, we all know that the Internet is for porn, so your computer should help to enable you in highly stimulated viewing of said porn. If you're the sort of person who has IM sex with her ex-boyfriend and is forever bemoaning the fact that the sex toys live in the other end of the house and never have an y working batteries, it isn't half bad either. Not, mind you, that I know any of that sort of person. Not at all. Ut uh.

Ah yes. The Impulse. It's not only l33t, it can has strong vibrations! The impulse is programmed with 10 different vibration settings from soft purr to escalating surges like a train pulling up to your skin. It is stronger than many of my battery powered vibes and far more variable – I could see my enjoying all of the different programs depending on my mood. Plus, it has two interchangeable heads! Depending on which attachment you power up you either have a small vibe with 3 stimulating nodes that slips onto your finger or a small bullet – which could be used on its own or with the many bullet toys and accessories that are out there in this wonderful world of vibrating fun.

The only downside to the Impulse is that although it would make an amusing office toy… it's a bit too noisy for it to be practical. Still, though, if you unplugged the vibrating head from the motor body, you could leave it attached to your computer and think dirty thoughts with no one the wiser. The part that plugs into your computer could be anything at all – all it says on it are the words "up and down," and the words on the back could easily be covered by a sticker.

Oh, the makers of this product SOOOOO have my number! What an ingenius idea, make a sex toy that runs off your computer! Big Brother you are here and I LOVE YA!! As my fellow reviewers have pointed out, this toy really has no serious bad points. Of course, you have to be at least computer savvy enough to know what a USB port is -but other than that, no computer knowledge is really needed!

With two attachments for your pleasure, this item is easy to assemble and use. Plug in the main cord into an available USB port, attach the vibration controller, then pick either simple bullet or finger attachment. I went for the finger attachment first. It is on the louder side, but when using at home - not bad at all!

I have a laptop - which is perfect for using this toy. I plugged in and it went to work. The vibration levels are FANTASTIC - it really is strong and the variations of vibrations definitely leave nothing to be desired. Having another Impulse toy, I was sooo excited to get this item the other day! Besides being a computer geek, I LOVE my sex toys, so this is the best of both worlds for me! Having the need to try this baby out, I plug in the USB cord in my handy-dandy front USB port (with 56”, it doesn’t matter if you have a front or back USB port open, you should have plenty of cord), attach the 2-button controller, and plug in the bullet first. Yeah, baby! We have lots of options here, from vibrating, to surge, and pulsating, all at different strengths. When I turned it on, I did notice that no indicator popped up on my screen, telling me that a new piece of hardware was installed or recognized, helping keep the privacy down on my computer (though it’s MY computer, so I don’t care, but it’s nice to know). The bullet is a little loud, even when undercover, but it really does very well on pleasing my desire for strong vibes!
