I'm from OK and I just found this site last night after a long discussion via web cam with my DH who is currently deployed in Iraq. Had some questions about some things we've talked about trying when he comes home for R/R next month. (woooohooooooo) We haven't seen each other since October last year and I'm sure it will be a memorable 10 days!! We have 3 kids, aged 7,10, and 20 so there is never a dull moment around here. I've enjoyed reading the posts and have already learned a lot. Mykala's article's are GREAT. I've already copied and pasted one to send him since this site is banned for him over there. He tried to check it out and got kicked off the internet for an hour, LOL!! Anyway, happy to be here and look forward to "meeting" you folks and picking your brains!! I am also a Army wife. My husband is deployed to Kuwait right now ans will be coming home for R&R next month also. He has joined this site with me. We have been on here a few weeks. We have learned so much here. There is great advice and allot of great people. My hubby has been gone since Dec. 3 07. We have 2 boys 5 next month and a 8 year old. I hope this sites helps. As a former army man and an Okie I know a bit of what you have to look out for in this state at least. Give hubby a big thanks and let's figure out why he was cut off. I'll try respond to everyone at once so it could be a little long.I'll be sure to pass along everyone's words of gratitude, although none are needed. He is truly a duty, honor, and country kind of man-one of the MANY things that I love about him. He has the most integrity of any man I've ever met and I'm so thankful that we belong to each other.Thank you Randy for your kind words, the sacrifices that I make and the upbeat attitude that I have is only possible because I am loved. I could never do this without the love of my husband. I am so proud of what he is doing. It's not easy and the nights have been long-Thank God for Skype and wbecams. Coco Luver and Hot4hubby, enjoy your R/R!!! Ours cannot get here fast enough. I swear if I get pregnant, I'll slit my wrists I'll pray that you don't if you pray that I don't.I have DEFINITELY found some new tricks, can't wait to entice the husband. Not to mention that I've lost 34 pounds since he's been gone and cutt off all of my hair for a sexy new do. I feel so sexy and confident now it's gonna blow his mind. Hope he recognizes me, or if not I guess I can work that into some kind of freaky role playing huh??We are not from Lawton. We live in the NE part of the state about an hour and fifteen from Tulsa. My husband is Nat'l Guard so we don't live on post which actually has it's pro's and con's during a deployment. As far as him getting kicked off the internet, where he is there's no pork, no porn, and no alcohol! Gawd, I'm sure he feels like he's died and gone to hell since those are 3 of his top 5 favorites. ANYWAY he doesn't seem to be able to access any of the "sex shoppe" sites so when I find a good article or toy, I just copy and paste it into an email and send it to him.I look forward to some great discussions with everyone.
