I have struggled with the same strict religious beliefs. In high school, I freaked out one time when a guy put his hand up the back of my shirt. I just knew I was nver going to be comfortable with a man. I haven't dated much in my life and was a virgin until last month. I am 46 years old. I always believed I would be a virgin until my wedding night. Now I am in a relationship with a wonderful man that I will most likely spend the rest of my life with. Am I happy I played with myself before I met him, yes because I know my body and can guide him in how to touch me and what I like. Am I happy I had sex with someone else before him, no. I wish I had waited for him but I can't change that fact and he knows the guys I've been with. I can't change the fact that I had sex so I'm not letting it get me depressed or anything. It happened, I learned from the experiences and I'm going on with life. My friends are not happy that I am having sex outside of marriage because they have very strong religious beliefs. I keep telling them I am an adult and able to make adult decisions. Whatever decision you make, be sure you are okay with it. Think about it, what the ramifications are, how will it change who you are, etc. Don't let others pressure you into making the decision they want you to make. You're the one that has to live with the decision. Take the opinions/advice you get and think about it. Thre are a lot of different viewpoints and ideas but the decision is ultimatly yours.

I have worked in the insurance industry for almost 21 years. I agree that insurance rates are high but that is a result of many things--insurance fraud, increasing cost of replacement parts, increasing medical costs, increased number of people on the road resulting in higher number of accidents, number of people who don't pay their premiums on time which is expensive to the insurance company. etc. Almost all insurance companies now use credit as a factor in either eligibility and/or rating. Research shows that the better the persons credit score, the fewer claims they have and the fewer late payments they will have. This gives the company one more factor to make sure the premium they are charging is adequate for the risk. It is a hot topic and very hard for most people to understand but the statistics are very convincing. So many things play into insurance rates--age/sex/marial status of the driver(s), tickets, accidents, credit, type of vehicle, coverages, payment options, location (rural vs urban), discounts offered by the company, miles driven every year, etc. One of the biggest factors is the state insurance department and what kind of rules and regulations they have. As a consumer as well, I get frustrated with the costs and my agent has been good about finding ways to reduce my costs--making sure i have all the discounts i qualify for, raising my deductibles on collision and comprehensive and getting rid of unnecessary coverages.

Toys and masterbation are wonderful but recently, they weren't filling the bill. I hope this hyper-drive sex drive continues for several more years. I intend to enjoy it!!!! This is a very intersting discussion. I am a Christian who grew up in a Christian home going to church every time the doors were open. I graduated from a Christian college. I have always believed that sex outside of marriage is a sin. I also believe God created man and woman. Our bodies are desiged to please each other. God doesn't say that sex is wrong or dirty but should be shared between a couple married to each other. God wants married couples to fully enjoy each others bodies. I can't quote scripture on that though!! Although I believe that sex outside marriage is a sin, it's my choice to have sex outside marriage or not. I'm a woman with the desire to have my body pleased sexually and to please a man. I've been able to satisfy my sexual desires through masterbation but the desire to be with a man is very strong. If the right man comes along and I make the decision to have sex, it's a choice I made. I will not regret the decision, even though I may consider it a sin. I'm not turning my back on my beliefs because I sinned. I'm just a human that has her faults just like everyone else. As far as sex and Christians, there are very few things God says are forbidden sexually. God wants men and women to enjoy sex, enjoy pleasing each other. I'm looking forward to enjoying sex, pleasing a man and being pleasured.
