Ok, here is the deal...

I am trying to buy a local resteraunt here in town.

I thought it would be fun to ask yalls this......

If you could name a dish on the menu after yourself, what would it be, and what would youcall it?

Yes, you can name an alcoholic drink after yourself too.

For me, it is pretty clear "Whiskey = simple, straight to the point, strong, intoxicating, warming"

So, what would YOU be?

I had this dessert at an italian cafe it is my favorite! I make a variation of it, I will call it Sunflower's Seductive Surprise! It is made like tiramisu. Lady fingers soaked in frangelico, chocolate ganache, sweetened marscapone layered and Toasted hazelnuts on top!

Sweet, satisfying intoxicating and addicting!!!

There is a shot that my favorite bar makes, I have no idea what's in it, but It's called a Johnny Tsunami, so I rename that the Suzy Tsunami. It taste like candy at first, warms you up as it goes down and leaves you tingling when it's gone.

The Randy Experience.

Oysters with a side of asparagus sprinkled with fresh garlic.

A side dish of banana, almond, carrot, and fig lightly brushed with honey and vanilla.

Finished off with chocolate covered pineapple, strawberries, and raspberries.

Served with a glass of fine red wine.

Randy.

Juke box? YEA! Hope you have some Rolling Stones on it...I'd suggest some of their 'country music" (yes, they actually have done country music)...."Country Honk" (Honky Tonk Women to a country arrangement) and "The Girl With Far Away Eyes"

Pinky's Punch....pina colada mixed with champagne...goes down sweet and bubbly

Iha...

Do you HONESTLY think I would allow a jukebox to pass through my doors WITHOUT the stones?

Pshaw, I am a music whore, you know this already.

Do you mistake me for some barbarian?

Only the finest rock n roll, jazz, blues, country and classic rock will grace the rooms of my establishment.

I am surprised you even suggest such blashphemy.

For shame, tsk tsk tsk....

Can I make a request? Could you put my favorite musician? Tim Miller? He's kinda blues folk rock, and lots of fun.

Shari's Shrimp and Shells..... Sweet and Spice and everything nice! ;)

I had a bit of a hodgepodge of food the other day, so I made pasta with shrimp, sweet green peppers, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes, chives, and lemon juice sautéed in olive oil.... needed more salt, but it was pretty good, if I do say myself! ^.^ My father ate the leftovers the next day and he said he loved it, and he's a pretty picky eater!
