I think it is good to keep moving it, personally! I am amazed at the random things I've hidden (say a gift I bought in advance or a bag of candy for a specific purpose that I don't want them to devour) that my kids can find! We have ours in a plain cardboard box that tends to move around our room.

I would also consider (depending on how responsive administration is to your complaint), contacting the licensing boards in your state for both doctors and nurses to file a formal complaint there as well. There is NO EXCUSE for this kind of behavior.

I think that if you truly have no problem with him looking at the pictures, then you should not string him up over lying about (yet).
